This notice explains how Haut de Gamme handles personal data when you visit the website or contact us directly.

The website does not use a contact form, newsletter sign-up, marketing pixels or session replay. Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights are not enabled. To deliver and protect the website, the hosting platform processes technical information, including IP address, time, requested URL, browser information, country code and security events. On a first visit to the root address, browser language or country code can be used momentarily to select a language. The application does not request precise location.
The application does not use cookies for marketing, visitor analytics or storing your language choice. You can inspect, block and delete cookies in your browser.
When you contact us by email or telephone, we process the information you provide, contact details, correspondence metadata and the notes needed to answer and follow up your enquiry. Providing information is voluntary, but we need sufficient contact details to reply.
Technical data is processed to deliver a secure and reliable website and prevent misuse, based on our legitimate interest under GDPR Article 6(1)(f). General enquiries are handled on the same basis. Where an enquiry concerns a possible or existing agreement, processing may also be necessary for steps before or performance of a contract under Article 6(1)(b). Information is retained where required by law under Article 6(1)(c).
The website is hosted by Vercel, Inc. and its subprocessors. Vercel processes customer data on our behalf and acts as an independent controller for some service-generated information. Data may be processed outside the EEA. Vercel’s data processing agreement includes EU Standard Contractual Clauses for applicable transfers. Email and telecommunications providers process information when you contact us through their services. An up-to-date provider overview and information about applicable transfer safeguards are available from post@hautdegamme.no. We disclose information to public authorities only where required by law and do not sell personal data.
The application does not create a separate visitor database. Technical hosting and security data is handled by the hosting providers. Its retention is determined by the need to deliver the service, investigate errors and prevent or investigate misuse, together with applicable provider agreements and legal obligations. Data retained by Haut de Gamme for a specific technical or security investigation is deleted or anonymised when the investigation and any necessary follow-up are complete, unless a legal obligation or legal claim requires longer retention. Direct enquiries are deleted 12 months after the last contact when there is no continuing commercial relationship, agreement, legal claim or statutory recordkeeping duty. Information connected to an ongoing relationship is retained for its duration; documentation subject to statutory accounting or limitation periods is deleted when the applicable period expires.
Subject to the conditions in data-protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact post@hautdegamme.no. You may also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet). Haut de Gamme does not use the website data for profiling or automated individual decision-making.
When you follow a link to Vinmonopolet or another external service, that service handles the visit under its own privacy terms. We update this notice if the website or our processing changes. Last updated 9 September 2026.
